Planning Your Ceremony
- Free Consultation:
At our meeting we will discuss you, as individuals and as a couple; your vision of your
ceremony (including content, vows, rings, readings, etc) the wedding party, location,
family considerations, and any other information that is important to your wedding
ceremony. I will explain each Ceremony Package so you can decide which one best suits
your needs.
- After we meet:
The receipt of the contract, with choice of package and a non-refundable deposit of half the
fee, reserves your date and time. Shortly thereafter, you will receive a letter of
confirmation and the wedding ceremony, for your review.
- From there:
Based on your package, we will appropriately work on the ceremony to include any changes
. If your package includes a rehearsal, I will coordinate your Wedding Party, family, and
everyone else to make sure that everybody is completely comfortable and confident. The
other half of the fee is due either at the rehearsal or one week before the wedding,
depending on the package you choose.
On your wedding day:
I will arrive 45 minutes before your wedding ceremony. By that time, we will have had
a final meeting to plan your wedding, you will have received your finalized wedding
ceremony and, if it is part of your package, I will have conducted your wedding rehearsal
so everyone feels secure with how the wedding will go.

The atmosphere at a wedding is amazing. Everyone is excited and emotions run high. For most
people it is the single most dramatic event of their lives.
I have to admit...watching the groom react as he sees his bride walk down the aisle is a
rewarding experience. One of the reasons I truly love doing this.
